Lease terms

This is a month-to-month lease agreement. The owner is responsible for the payment of electricity and water utilities, while tenants are responsible for handling trash disposal. Prior to move-in, both the first and last month's rent must be paid in full upon the signing of the lease. A maximum of two pets is permitted on the property, subject to an additional monthly pet fee per pet. All pets must be spayed or neutered, and tenants are required to provide official documentation proving that yearly rabies vaccinations are up to date. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited indoors; however, vaping is permitted inside the property. Finally, tenants are responsible for maintaining the premises in a clean, orderly fashion and must abstain from any activities that could cause property damage or interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of other residents.
