Bedroom comes furnished, but I can be flexible if you want to bring some of your own furniture. Smokers ok, but no smoking in house. No dogs/cats, willing to discuss smaller pets like fish, birds, reptiles, etc. And of course, house chores are shared.

Your space: Private room with private keypad-controlled entrance. Spacious, newly-renovated bedroom with high ceilings and lots of light.… Freshly painted with lots of wood accents. Concrete floors and large, south-facing windows make this a great space for makers and creators. Think of it like your in-home studio. Renting the room furnished, though I can be flexible.
Shared space: 2-car driveway (4- in a pinch). Side yard and back patio surrounded by the greenery of Boone Park, which provides fresh air and privacy. Thoughtfully designed, plant-filled interior. Living room with large flatscreen TV. Updated kitchen and bathroom. I also use the largest bedroom as a "plant room". As you can see, plants are a passion of mine. If you also are a plant enthusiast, you'd be free to use this room as well.
