Lease terms

1. LEASE TERM The term of this Lease Agreement shall be for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on [Start Date] and expiring on [End Date]. 2. USE OF FIREPLACE The fireplace located within the home is for decorative purposes only. The Tenant is strictly prohibited from burning wood, gas, or any other combustible materials in the fireplace. The Tenant agrees not to alter the fireplace or attempt to make it operational. 6. PET POLICY No Pets Allowed. The Tenant shall not keep or permit to be kept on the premises any animals, birds, or pets, including visiting pets, without the prior written consent of the Landlord. 7. SECURITY SYSTEM (OPTIONAL) The property is equipped with a security/alarm system. Continued service is optional and the expense of the Tenant. 8. RENTER'S INSURANCE REQUIRED 9.
