Utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant and the first and last month's rent is due on signing the lease in addition to a $7000 security deposit. The utilities are in the owners name and rather than transfer them all over it is prefered we charge an average amount to cover costs and settle up each 6 months the difference. On average for Comcast cable, internet, electricity and gas, centurylink telephone and alarm monitoring we are looking at $800 per month, less in the summer and more in the winter depending on usage of gas. Trash pick up is seperate and set up by tenant, snow removal will be charged as is necessary the plowing is a fixed fee any snow shovelling is an additional expense.
