Beach condo in Ocean Creek Drive only a 3-5 minute walk across our parking lot and a small path right to a semi-private beach. Newly updated living room, has 2 balconies, a grill, and is equipped with a heated, zero-gravity, full body massage chair, and other great technology and amenities. We have access to indoor pool and hot tub and fitness center all year around. We rent this out most of the year when we aren't using it on Airbnb and VRBO, but are open to month to month renters in the months of November 2026 through February 2027. There could be some slight flexibility there to accommodate the right situation starting October or even as early as late September, but we book short-term rental the rest of the year when we are staying there personally, and we do snowbirds each winter. We are ideally looking for snowbirds and/or people that need a nice transitional place for some weeks or a month or couple months during that time period. We can work with you on the monthly rate pending your specific situation and desired timing of move in. The HOA does not allow pets though. A cleaning fee of $140 would be removed from $500 security deposit at the end assuming no damage or additional deep cleaning services are required by cleaning team.
