The photos are while we are still working, so the house is not move in ready yet, as 1/11/21, but we are anticipating it will be move in ready within the next week or so. The living room and dinning room is a large open space. 2 of the three bedrooms are quite a good size, with big closets. The 3rd bedroom is a little small, but has a large closet which has room for a dress and some other storage to help with the small size of the bedroom. The kitchen is large, with lots of space. The bathroom is an average size, with a linen closet and a tub/shower combination. The laundry room is off the kitchen, it a some space for storage. The yard is fenced in on 3 sides, but is very small. There is a drive way with room for one vehicle. Any other parking will be about 1/4 block away on 4th street. Pet Deposit is $500 plus an additional $25 pet rent per animal per month. This house had had quite a lot of work done to it. The walls are all freshly painted, the windows are all new. The hardwood floors have all be recently redone as well. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
