Terms at 415 Island Way

No smoking. Pets are negotiable will require an extra non refundable deposit. Renter is responsible for the electric bill and renters insurance. The boat slip/lift is an additional $1500 per month in addition to the rent and the renter will be held responsible for maintaining the lift, and dock and keeping in working condition at all times. Loss of key fob for lift is $300. Loss of any keys to the unit or storage area is $25 per each occurrence. Renter must follow all HOA rules and be respectful to neighbors. Annual Lease.
