First lease will likely start on the day you sign the lease through August 31, in order to get on the normal rhythm for this property and community. We can discuss. This is strictly a NON-SMOKING home. This is a Single Family Home. Not for college student rentals, there are many of those in this community. This is for a family only. Tenant is responsible for cutting grass, snow removal, detector batteries, furnace filters beyond basic ones provided and other basic things. Renter should consider this home as a Washer and Dryer HOOK-UP for your unit only. Currently, there is a Washer and Dryer is installed and working, but if one of both of those units stop working renter will need to acquire their own. But can continue to use these units as long as they continue to work. Great home, two bedrooms upstairs with 1/2 bath. One bedroom on main floor with full bath. Great backyard with covered porch, nice street and neighborhood. There is a garage on the property that the owner uses for rental equipment storage, so there is no parking inside the garage, but we can discuss some outside items (bikes, lawn mower, snow blower, etc) to be able to be stored in the garage for your convenience.
