Dogs must be house-trained, well-behaved, and get along with other dogs on the property. Tenant is responsible for keeping the casita reasonably clean during their stay, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and following all property rules. Landlord is responsible for major maintenance and repairs. Single occupancy preferred. Tenant is encouraged to obtain renter's insurance to protect their personal property. Landlord's insurance does not cover tenant belongings.
