Privately owned and managed with no management company. Small pets could be considered with pet deposit. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (electric with SRP, water with City of Phoenix, gas with SW Gas). No smoking permitted in the home. One year lease. Along with the application we need ID'S, 60 days proof of income and $30 per applicant. You can fill out the application either in person by appointment or on the phone. We can show it most days by appointment until it is rented. The most important factor considered is income, but we also look at felonies and evictions. If these come up in your background, you will not necessarily be declined. However, you may be required to pay additional deposits or amounts. You need a minimum of $700.00 to hold this property for no more than 7 days. Fax, email or text copies along with copy of identification and any supporting documents (ie. Proof of income).
