A complete kitchen w/ full-size refrigerator and freezer, stove/oven, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and slate counter-tops. The deluxe bathroom includes a large Tile Shower and Jetted-Tub. Fireplace only allows small wood or starter logs.
Requirement for a roommate: (1) Minimum credit score 690, no criminal or eviction history. (2) Allow check background, reference, paychecks and bank statements. Pay $35 for background check.
