Full basement with washer and dryer and two "unfinished bedrooms" in the basement, both with egress windows. 2nd floor has two bedrooms and the full bath. Large yard with single car garage, open front porch, off street parking for multiple vehicles, boat, camper. If the basement stays as is, the rent will stay at $1,400. If we finish the two bedrooms in the basement, the rent would be $1,500. There are egress windows for both bedrooms in the basement. The house has central heating and air conditioning. Pets are allowed with a $750 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
