Small pre approved pets are allowed with $250 non refundable pet deposit and $30.00/mo additional pet rent per pet. *Applicants must have verifiable income of at least 3x rent per month. *Applicants credit must be in good standing. *We use our own encrypted service for credit reports and background checks. $40.00 paid privately by applicant to the service with no fees collected by us. *Applicants 18 and older must pass the background checks with no drug/violent offenses. *Reusable credit reports will not be accepted. *Tenant pays all utilities and maintains the grounds. *ONLY serious and qualified applications please. Please have 2 professional references, two personal references, previous landlord contact information available.
