This townhome is exclusively for guests and is equipped with outdoor furniture. Each queen bed comes with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a duvet cover with insert, two pillows with pillowcases, two bath towels, and two washcloths. Each full bathroom is supplied with a hand towel and a bath mat.

Within a 10-minute walk, you'll find numerous restaurants and bars, including Urban Chestnut Brewery, Atomic Cowboy, and the Ready Room.
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Smoking of any kind, including marijuana and cigarettes, is strictly prohibited, with deodorizing fees starting at $500 for any detected smoke smell. Parties and events are not allowed. If a party or event is discovered, or if there are more people in the unit than listed on the reservation, the guest accepts full responsibility for any city fines or lawsuits and will forfeit 100% of their security deposit. Noise complaints will result in an immediate call to the police, with no warnings, and forfeiture of 100% of the security deposit. The Nest thermostats are locked to maintain temperatures between 68-78 degrees in the summer and 60-72 degrees in the winter. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced; exceeding the listed number of guests will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the security deposit. Guests are expected to clean dishes and take out trash before departure. Moving furniture incurs a $100 fee per piece. Firearms and weapons are prohibited on the property. Locals are not hosted and will receive an automatic cancellation. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $500 fine plus cleaning costs.
