The Nest thermostats are locked to maintain temperatures between 68-78 degrees in the Summer and 60-72 degrees in the Winter. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced, and exceeding it will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the security deposit. Guests are expected to leave the suite as they found it, with dishes cleaned and trash removed. Furniture must not be moved, with a $100 fee per piece of furniture that needs to be repositioned. Firearms and other weapons are prohibited on the property. A rental agreement must be electronically signed to confirm your reservation.
