Parties or events are absolutely not allowed, and exceeding the listed occupancy will result in the loss of the security deposit and potential city fines. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Moving furniture is prohibited and will incur a $100 fee per piece. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm the reservation. Guests are responsible for ensuring they have all belongings before checking out, as the property is not responsible for items left behind. Guests are required to clean all dishes and take out trash before departure. The property has Wi-Fi, but its consistent functionality cannot be guaranteed. The property reserves the right to request additional documentation or security deposits.
