      - Renter is responsible for all utilities including water, sewer, trash, gas, electricity. - Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Late charges will start on the 5th day. - Security deposit is one month's rent ($2,200). It will not be used as a subtitute of rent and will be given back within 60 days of move out. - For Residential use only. - Renter is in charge of snow/ice removal and upkeep of the current yard conditions. - Renter is required to have renter's insurance that provides at least $100,000 for liability coverages. - No smoking allowed. - Up to two dogs or cats are allowed. Pet deposit $300 and monthly pet rent $30 per animal. - WiFi will be with Xfinity and be $50 each month on top of rent. - Air filters will be delivered every 3 months. Renters are required to change out the old air filter when the new one arrives.
