Second twin day bed on the main floor converts into a king.… Full shower with tankless water heater and toiletries. Butcher board counter top, refrigerator, toaster oven, 2 burner cook top, pots/pans, utensils, and spices included. Stand alone stove and oven available. External door access to shared laundry room in main house with iron, ironing board, and clothes steamer. All utilities and linens included.
Pleasant, family neighborhood full of artists and creatives. Good amount of privacy, as house is offset behind a garage. On a train track, but not near a crossing. So, no horns. Sound dampening, blackout curtains and upgraded insulation reduce noise. We have severe pet allergies in the family. The no pet policy is firm.

Tons of East Nashville restaurants, cafes, shops, breweries, and music venues nearby. Bike to grocery, 1 mile to bus stop, 12 minutes to Shelby Park, 13 minutes to downtown or BNA airport.
