Lease term: 12 months. Available 8/1/2026. Utilities: Resident is responsible for all utilities, including gas, electricity, water, sewer, and trash. Parking: Two-car garage. Street parking permitted. Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or anywhere on the property. Pets: Pets permitted with owner approval. Pet fee $50 per pet. Assistance animals are not pets. They are not subject to pet restrictions, pet fees, or pet deposits. Requests for reasonable accommodation are evaluated individually under the Fair Housing Act. Resident maintenance: Resident is responsible for lawn and landscaping upkeep, replacing air filters, and replacing light bulbs. Owner is responsible for all other repairs and maintenance of the structure, systems, and appliances. Deposits: Security deposit $2,000 due at lease signing. Renters insurance: Required. Minimum $100,000 personal liability coverage. Proof of coverage due prior to possession. Resident may obtain coverage from any carrier of their choosing. Application: $50 per applicant, non-refundable. All occupants 18 and over must submit an application. Screening criteria are applied uniformly to all applicants. Rental assistance: This property accepts all lawful, verifiable sources of income, including Housing Choice Vouchers and other rental assistance.
