Please read carefully This is an all bills paid room. Super duper cool house, recently remodeled, 10 minutes to downtown without traffic. The house is over 1500+ sq/ft which is big for the area. It's a 3 bedroom two full baths with an additional half bath. So you would be sharing a bath with one other person. The room available is the medium room in the house I believe it's 10 by 15 with a walk in closet. Great backyard with covered patio, fire pit, and bbq for enjoying. On super nice dog on premises so no other pets please. Definitely not a party atmosphere but 420 friendly outside only. About me: I'm the owner of the house. Male late 30's. I rent out a couple different houses for a living. Laid back, minimalist , active out bike riding or hiking all the time. 2nd roommate: Clean, super courteous, male, 30's. Works for semiconductor company. Ideally potential roommate would have his or her stuff together, take care of the property and pay rent on time. Must be able to pass background check without any major red flags. Income verification and references required. Working at a job outside the house is a plus.
