What Renters Should Know About the Lease Agreement: Utilities Responsibility: Renters are responsible for all utility payments, including water, electricity, gas, internet, and any other services required during the lease term. If renter would like to have utlities included in the rent, the renter may pay an additional $400 on top of the base rent. No Smoking Policy: This property is strictly non-smoking, both indoors and on the premises. No Parties Allowed: To maintain a peaceful and respectful environment, parties and large gatherings are not permitted on the property. Security Deposit: A security deposit will be collected prior to move-in. This deposit will be held for the duration of the lease and is subject to deductions for damages or unpaid charges as outlined in the agreement. Quarterly Inspections: The property will undergo routine inspections every three months to ensure it is being well-maintained and cared for. Renters will be given advance notice prior to these inspections.
