House Guidelines Welcome! We aim to provide a quiet, clean, and comfortable living environment for everyone. Please review and follow the guidelines below. Utilities Included The rent includes the following utilities under normal residential use: Water Electricity Gas High-speed Internet Garbage service Please note: Cleaning services are not included in the rent. Common Area Cleaning To maintain a pleasant shared living space: A weekly cleaning rotation schedule is in place. Each tenant is responsible for completing their assigned cleaning duty once per week. Common areas include the kitchen, living room, hallway, shared bathrooms, and trash areas. If a tenant does not complete their assigned cleaning duty: The landlord may arrange professional cleaning services. The full cost of the cleaning service will be the responsibility of the tenant who did not fulfill their duty. Maintaining cleanliness is a shared responsibility and shows respect for all residents. Move-In Payment At move-in, the following payments are required: One month's security deposit First month's rent Last month's rent The security deposit may be used for: Unpaid rent Damages beyond normal wear and tear Unpaid cleaning or violation-related costs The deposit will be returned in accordance with Washington State rental regulations.
