Lease terms

Security Deposit, Pet Fee (if applicable), & Admin lease signing fee due within 72 hours of signing lease agreement. Pets accepted with owner approval and nonrefundable fee. Renter responsible for Power & Water/Trash. Rent paid online through secured portal. We do not use the Zillow Application. APPLICATION FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Please review the following criteria and terms carefully and only apply if you meet them. QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL - Minimum 650 Credit Score, Have verifiable, reliable income of at least 2 times the rent- Not owe any money to a previous landlord - Not have any recent evictions - Not have any unpaid utilities, or car payments reported on the credit report or court records - Have no excessive accounts in collections or charged off reported on the credit report - Not have been convicted of any crimes against people or property in the last 7 years - Not have been convicted of any drug manufacturing or distribution charges in the last 7 years APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS (HOW TO APPLY): Applicants must view the property in person before applying or do a virtual showing and sign a addendum if moving forward without physical inspection! Property Manager will send application link via email following the showing. Please email your 2 most recent paystubs/proof of income and a government issued ID. Your application will not be processed until your paystubs & ID are received. Lease must be signed, and deposit paid within 72 hours of acceptance. If you are accepted, the property will remain on the market until deposit & rent are received to reserve the property.
