This 2 bedroom 1 bath two story town home features wood-like vinyl plank and tile flooring throughout, modern appliances, stone kitchen counters, and a private fenced yard. Appliances Included: Fridge, Stove/Oven, Washer, Dryer The resident is responsible for the following utilities: Electric: SRP Pets: We are very pet friendly! Only dogs and cats are considered pets for this purpose. If you have a pet, there is a one-time pet fee of $200 that is refundable upon move out. Parking: The unit comes with two off-street parking spaces. Additional vehicles need to be parked in the common area parking and are on a first come first serve basis. Income Requirement: Must make at least $3750 or greater per month (before taxes). This can be met by the combined income of all residents. This can be waived to an extent with payment of increased security deposit. Credit requirement: Must have a 600 credit score or better. This only needs to be met by one resident. This can also be waived by payment of increased security deposit, slightly increased rent payment, or bank records showing adequate savings. Background check requirement: Must have no evictions or criminal record within the last 7 years. This cannot be waived.
