I'm seeking to rent a room in my town-home. This property is centrally located, not far from beach, local shopping, PLNU, USD, freeways etc. This is a 4bd, 3ba town home. The room for rent in this town home is upstairs, has a high-vaulted ceiling, mirrored closet doors, a storage nook above closet, new dual pane glass windows (throughout entire unit) and will share the hall bathroom with the downstairs roommate (the other roommates have their own private bathrooms). The living room, kitchen, dining room, and balcony are the common spaces and are nicely furnished, and the bedroom is semi-furnished (the photos of the room for rent show it both lived in/furnished, and what it looks like without personal belongings etc). It can be mostly furnished, or unfurnished depending on renters needs. Nice balcony space to relax and the town-home comes complete with a free washer and dryer in the hall, and a small common space for storing a bike or surfboard etc. Water is included in the rent. Gas, Elec. and Wifi utilities will be shared. Street parking, and public transportation nearby. Vaulted ceilings throughout the upstairs of the unit. This is a two story unit, with entrance on the first floor. USD, PLNU, foreign exchange students, or any like minded, drama-free individuals welcome to apply. Seeking 1 person (no couples need apply). Applicant will need a FICO score of 650 or higher, will need a gross monthly income of 2.5x the rent (or may consider a co-signor, considered on a case by case basis), and good rental history. There is a $45 app fee, and a security deposit. No pets, no smoking, no vaping, no drugs (including marijuana) nor excessive alcohol consumption. (A few drinks etc. are fine, just no belligerence allowed). All roommates are like-minded, working professionals. This will be a safe, predictable, nice place to call home..., no drama. Will consider starting with 6 month lease on a case by case basis, then go month to month thereafter. Call to discuss if interested, and once we've spoke a viewing can be set up.
