Due to the prime nightlife location, city sounds may be present, especially in the evenings. Sound machines are provided for guest comfort. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Remaining in the Unit more than 30 minutes past check-out will result in a $75 late departure fee. Remaining in the Unit more than two (2) hours past check-out will result in an additional night being charged. A $40 fee per undeclared Guest will be charged. Unauthorized pets result in a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property and violation results in a $200 fine, plus any additional costs incurred from odor remediation or loss of subsequent reservations. No parties or events are permitted. Throwing a party, causing damage, excessive trash, or hosting undeclared Guests results in a minimum $200 fine and immediate termination of occupancy. Excessive mess after checkout results in a $100 additional fee. Damage to the keyless entry system results in a $75 fee.
