SInce the home is over 100 years old, a mandatory once a month inspection of the water lines, elctrical and plumbing is required by our property manager so that he can fix any repairs needed and get ahead of any potential damage. He will also change out the HVAC filters and check smoke detectors. This is a non-negotiable item. It is a bonus for tenents to ensure the home is always up to date and functioning properly!
