THIS 1 BEDROOM + BUNKROOM/1 BATHROOM FULLY-FURNISHED BLUFF CONDOMINIUM IN ELKHORN IS AVAILABLE FROM MID-SEPTEMBER 2026 UNTIL THE END OF JULY 2027 AND CAN BE SHOWN WITH AT LEAST PRIOR DAY'S NOTICE TO THE CURRENT OCCUPANT. We do require a lease. When completing a lease, we collect first month's rent (pro-rated when moving in mid-month), last months rent, and the equivalent of a month's rent worth of refundable security deposit monies. Tenants are required to have renters insurance (good insurance to have and not expensive). Tenants take the electric bill into their name. Internet-wifi remains in the landlord's name and tenant reimburses $90/month to the landlord. Snow removal at the roads and parking areas and walkways within the Bluff complex are taken care of by the homeowner's association; tenant is responsible for snow removal at the private deck of the property. We provide tenant with a very clean property and tenant is responsible for returning the property in a very clean condition. There is no covered parking with this property, but plenty of uncovered parking at the nearby parking lot. This property is strictly non-smoking and pets cannot be accommodated. Access to the Bluff Condominiums swimming pool is provided as part of the rental. But, the rental does not include access to Elkhorn amenities.
