Welcome to your boho forest cottage in Hillcrest!… Fully furnished and all utilities paid -- The Trees House is perfect for UAMS residents, students, etc. and definitely not your typical rental. The "night forest" behind your bed (with real trees strung with fairy lights as your headboard) and the huge tree with its "tree house" cabinet (hiding the smart TV and soundbar) are murals created by a wonderful local artist. This free-standing studio apartment includes an electric car charger, high end appliances that can be app-controlled in the fully-equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, luxury linens, private patio with porch swing, fire pit, games, books, and lots of other special touches. All utilities including AT&T Fiber internet are paid for; monthly cleaning is easily arranged for an additional charge. The Trees House is across the street from UAMS and a short distance to downtown and other area hospitals. Parking (and charging your EV) is right at the cottage, easily accessible off the alley but not covered. The owner lives close by and is very responsive. One year lease and $800 deposit are required, and you must sign a lease. Parents may co-sign with students to meet application requirements. Smoking/vaping outside only. Must have 3x income and minimum credit score of 640. Cats allowed with $200 pet fee. Message for 3D tour link. Owner will show it only if you have completed an application; apply through Zillow.
