The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and dishwasher, complete with utensils, knives, and glassware. The first bedroom offers a king-size bed, dresser, side table, and a small closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a desk, and a small closet. The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, a dresser, and two side tables. The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a bidet. You can walk to nearby restaurants, drive 3 minutes to Blue Wahoos Stadium, or take a 20-minute drive to Pensacola Beach. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. If there are signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties and events are prohibited without prior approval. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. A $100 charge will apply for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and will be required to sign a rental agreement. Contact-free check-in is provided via a digital door code. Guests are only a phone call away should the need arise. The second bedroom includes a desk, making it suitable for remote work.
