Lease Terms: -Lease Type: Month-to-Month -Minimum Stay: 1 month -Maximum Stay: 6 months (extensions require a new lease agreement and owner approval) -Occupancy: Single occupancy only -Rent: Due on the 1st day of each month -Security Deposit: Refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent -Cleaning Fee: $200 non-refundable (due prior to move-in) -Utilities: Electricity, gas, water, trash, and high-speed Wi-Fi included -Parking: Street parking only (subject to availability) -Pets: Not permitted -Smoking: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property -Bathrooms: Shared bathrooms (private bathroom available for an additional monthly fee, subject to availability) -Kitchen: Shared kitchen with a countertop, sink, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove. Guests are welcome to prepare light meals only. -Laundry: Shared washer and dryer included -Guests: Overnight guests are not permitted without prior written approval -Application Requirements: Background check, income verification, and landlord references may be required Move-In Costs : -First month's rent -Refundable security deposit (equal to one month's rent) $200 non-refundable cleaning fee House Rules: -Respect quiet hours and fellow residents. -Keep all shared areas clean after each use. -Tenants are responsible for keeping their private room clean and in good condition. -Report any maintenance issues promptly. -Access is limited to the rented bedroom and designated shared common areas. -The home is intended to provide a quiet, respectful living environment for all residents. Utilities description: All monthly utilities are included in the rent, including electricity, gas, water, trash service, and high-speed Wi-Fi. No additional monthly utility charges.
