A private studio apartment in downtown Asheville, right off of Charlotte Street, with a full kitchen and bath, and where ALL utilities are included in the rent.
WHAT WE NEED:
Someone with an impeccable work ethic who's highly reliable and willing to assist us with ongoing property oversight, maintenance, and light housekeeping of common areas.
Rent will be negotiated based on your experience, skill level, and availability.
This opportunity is best suited for someone:
* who has basic knowledge and experience with residential maintenance and repairs
* who is quiet, clean, and a helpful and friendly neighbor to the other
residents who've chosen to call 41 Furman Avenue their home

The application fee is less than $50 and is paid directly to the tenant screening company we use. Security deposit is $1,325.
Because this is a small unit, and because we pay all utilities for our residents, we only permit one person per apartment. There is an overnight guest fee of $10/night to offset the increased utility usage.
