Inside you have a stocked kitchen, plenty of seating for all (even a recliner loveseat), attached sunroom off the master bedroom with a seating area, an indoor/outdoor seating area off the kitchen, a large garage & a driveway for the boat LIVING SPACE: Kitchen - full equipped, spacious, breakfast nook with 6 person dinning table (special items include crockpot, vegetable steamer, instant hot water faucet, keurig and drip coffee maker) Living Room - TV: Netflix, Roku, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and internet included. Couch and loveseat Full Bathroom - bath tub/shower, toilet, sink Laundry - washer and dryer. We provide laundry supplies Desk and printer BEDROOMS: Master Bedroom - king bed, TV: Netflix, Roku, Disney+, Amazon Prime, attached sunroom with 2 seater table Master Bathroom - Walk in shower that converts to a jacuzzi tub (wheelchair accessible) Bedroom 2 - king bed, TV: Netflix, Roku, Disney+, Amazon Prime Bedroom 3 - full bed, twin bed, TV: Netflix, Roku, Disney+, Amazon Prime OUTDOOR SPACE: BBQ grill Sun room (enclosed) with 6 seater table Scenic lake and mountain views Fire pit (we have a large pile of wood, once runs out you will be asked to bring your own) Access to trails/desert landscape/hiking/biking (if you bring a UTV the access is 1/2 a block away... if you bring a bike or want to hike/walk you can access from the backyard) Corn hole! Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns. We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself! Quiet street - backyard backs up to the desert - great spot for those that want to take their UTV on the dirt paths, Bikes, or hike! Car or Uber is best, be safe! **MUST BE 25+ YEARS OLD TO RENT THIS HOME No parties No events No smoking inside Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music) No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation $250 deposit is asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (holidays we may ask for $500) CAMERAS Front doorbell - motion detected and recorded Side yard/backyard camera - motion detected and recorded. Put in place for security reasons. $200 fine if tampered with Left Behind Items $10 service charge added to shipping cost BBQ GRILL We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as "Waivo Insurance" on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
