Lease terms

Security deposit: Equal to one month's rent Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water/sewer, gas internet, and any other utility services. Lawn maintenance and pest control Tenant responsible Renters insurance is required for the duration of the lease. Proof of an active renters insurance policy must be provided prior to move-in and maintained throughout the lease term. No smoking or vaping permitted inside the home. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis with landlord approval. Applicants will be subject to a credit check, background check, employment verification, income verification, and rental history review. Maximum occupancy in accordance with local and state regulations. A signed lease agreement and security deposit are required to reserve the property. A move-in inventory and condition report will be completed and signed by both landlord and tenant at move-in. Tenant is responsible for returning the home, furnishings, and household items in substantially the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
