The modified price will be based on your needs for a shorter, or longer stay. There would be an additional fee if there is an interest in renting the bourbon room as well. Do you like A-Frames, 50 year old trees, huge decks that overlook water, hiking, fishing, ice skating, roasting hot dogs and marshmallows by a roaring fire, hot tubbing with incredible views, and then partaking in a beer, glass of wine or bourbon in your very own bourbon room? If this is the case, you may want to check out 4088 S. Old State Road in Lewis Center. This unique A-Frame sits on over three acres with two great fishing ponds. The long driveway with multiple 50 year old oak trees takes you to a very private home and separate bourbon room. The spacious deck features a 50 year old oak tree, and a hot tub with incredible views. The property also features a separate 35 by 25 foot bourbon room that is fully furnished, complete with gas fireplace, refrigerator, wine fridge, convection/microwave oven, dartboard, and a 15 foot long black walnut bar! With this fully equipped property, all you need are groceries. Renovation of the A-Frame and Bourbon Room were completed in 2024. The house, and bourbon room feature new floors, appliances, and furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped, including all dishware. 4088 features two full baths, three bedrooms, a great room with ventless fireplace, and a spacious kitchen. The living room has a Samsung Frame smart television.
