Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No pets are allowed due to the homeowner's severe allergies; please include any questions or requests regarding ADA-certified service animals prior to booking. There are 3 exterior security cameras: one at the front entrance facing outward, one at the side entrance by the garage facing outward, and one at the back patio door facing outward at a portion of the deck. They do not look into any interior spaces and record video and sound when activated by motion. The fireplace is not available for guest use.
