Property is available now. Located just north of Madison. Quiet setting small town feel. It is located to parks, grocery stores, bowling ally. OK to drive by property but do not walk on the property without an appointment. An appointed is required to view. Do not disturb tenants in front unit. Sq Footage is Approximately 900. Please contact owner through this site because owner is out of state and I need to make arrangements with the tenant that lives in the front unit to view. Please do not disturb Tenant in front unit.
