No smoking allowed at all on the property. If a pet is desired (dog only), it will be considered but would require a pet deposit. **PLEASE NOTE** This is a minimum 30-day rental as to conform with Chaffee Country rental rules and regulations. Tentatively available starting October 1, 2026 (through December 31st, 2026). Currently not listed as a long-term (greater than 4 month) rental.
