Lease Details Rent: $1,650/month Security Deposit: $1,650 Application Fee: $75 per applicant Minimum Lease Term: 7 months Longer lease terms available with landlord approval Available for immediate move-in Utilities Tenant is responsible for: Electricity Internet/Cable (if desired) Water & Gas (tenant pays their share of the monthly bill) Trash (if billed separately) Parking Street parking directly in front of the home Maximum of 2 vehicles Pet Policy No pets permitted unless approved in writing by the landlord. Smoking No smoking or vaping permitted anywhere on the property. Yard Maintenance Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard, including mowing and basic upkeep. Renters Insurance Renters insurance is required for the duration of the lease. Maintenance Landlord handles major repairs and maintenance. Tenant is responsible for routine upkeep (such as changing HVAC filters every 3 months) and professionally cleaning the home at move-out. Tenant pays the first $150 deductible toward major repair service calls, per the lease. Other Policies Washer & dryer hookups available. No subleasing or lease assignment without landlord approval. Background, income, rental history, and credit will all be considered as part of the application process. Showings are by appointment while the home is tenant occupied.
