Centrally located between Travelers rest and Greenville. 10 min drive to downtown Greenville and very close to several grocery stores and restaurants. Plus only a few minutes from Swamp Rabbit Cafe which is always a plus. High speed wifi available, along with central heating and cooling. Rent is $875 flat, utilities included. The master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms are currently rented out so you would have two roommates who are already there. Both girls between the ages of 20-24. Very nice and chill people who are easy to get along with and would make for great roommates! Because it is two girls living in the house, I would prefer another female tenant.
