(2 pets Max) Minimum Qualification Standards. Applicant(s) must meet the following standards to be considered for this home: Applicant(s) must have current government-issued photo identification. All applicant's combined monthly pre-tax income must exceed three times the monthly rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Applicant(s) must be clean, and pay their rent on time at all times. Applicant(s) must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. Applicant(s) may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. Applicant(s) must exhibit a stable financial life and have a minimum credit score of 620 Applicant(s) must be a nonsmoker, including vaping. A background report, credit check, and current/previous landlords' references will be used during tenant screening. The owner will accept a "comprehensive reusable tenant screening report."
