Rent & Security: Monthly rent is $2,600 with a $3,000 security deposit. Available for move-in starting July 2026. Street parking only. Qualifications: Each applicant (18+) must submit a separate application, have a minimum credit score of 670, and verify a gross monthly income of at least $5,200. Each tenant and guarantor is jointly and severally liable for all lease obligations, including the full amount of rent and any damages. Utilities & Insurance: This unit is on a shared meter with the other side of the duplex. The landlord pays initial bills, and tenants provide reimbursement: electricity is split by square footage (30% for this unit), while water, sewage, and refuse are split by occupant count. Tenants are responsible for their own Wi-Fi (AT&T fiber available).
