IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE APPLYING Minimum Stay: 3-month minimum lease term preferred. Move-In Costs: Security deposit and first payment are due before move-in. Occupancy Limits: Apartments are designed for a maximum of 1-2 occupants, depending on the unit. Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping inside any apartment, common areas, or buildings. Smoking must occur only in designated outdoor areas, if permitted. Pet Policy: Pets may be restricted. Approval, additional deposits, fees, or breed restrictions may apply. Unauthorized pets are prohibited. Quiet Enjoyment: Residents are expected to maintain a peaceful environment and respect neighbors. Excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behavior are not permitted. Guest Policy: Short-term guests are welcome, but long-term or overnight guests may be limited and must comply with community policies. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Residents are responsible for keeping their apartment clean and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Routine housekeeping is not provided. Parking: Parking is available for registered residents and approved vehicles only. Background Screening: Rental applications may include verification of income, employment, rental history, identity, and criminal background screening where permitted by law. Business Use: Apartments are intended for residential use only and may not be used for commercial operations, short-term subleasing, or Airbnb-style rentals. Rent Payments: Rent must be paid on time according to the lease agreement. Late fees may apply to delinquent payments. Shared Laundry: Laundry facilities are shared among residents and should be used respectfully and kept clean for the next user.
