A private non furnished bedroom $685 a month plus utilities ( $130 to $200 during very cold months), utilities include electricity, heat or air conditioning, water, garbage, and internet optic cable) The bedroom has a walk-in closet, and the size of the room without the closet is 13.5 x 12 feet +/- 160square feet. It is located 2 miles from the Town Center. Crossroads are Holland Rd and South Plaza St It is a 3-bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms. The bathroom has to be shared with one 1 tenant ( the guy is clean and neat) We are looking for someone who is neat, responsible ,and doesn't create drama. Preferably a guy, still, it is a shared bathroom. One tenant has a mini-Bernie doodle. One tenant is 37 years old, and the other is 34 years old. We can accept a small pet for an extra deposit of $ 200, but we do reserve the right to refuse any pet if they don't fit the criteria. First month and full month deposit will be required ( for a total of $1370) A Background and a credit check will be done with the application for a fee $45, or you can do it the trough zillow it is cheaper. We are looking for a one-year lease, but we are willing to do less than a year, with slightly higher rent of $750 a month plus utilities, but not less than 6 months
