Parking is available in the driveway. Events are allowed with prior inquiry about event pricing and an added event fee. Smoking is NOT allowed in or on the property; evidence of smoking will result in a $400 charge to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees in the summer or above 80 degrees when leaving, and do not turn it below 60 degrees in the winter. Overnight visitors other than those accounted for in the booking agreement are not permitted; unauthorized guests will incur a $200 fee plus $50 per person. Parties are prohibited. Only use appliances for their intended uses, and do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Indoor furniture should not be taken outside, and outdoor furniture should not be brought inside. Pets are NOT allowed, with the exception of legally documented service animals; unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine and booking termination. No candles may be burned in the house or on the property. The grill must be cleaned after each use, and the firepit may only be used when a burn ban is not in place. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods, as only an initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Trash must be collected, bagged, and placed in the city garbage bin; failure to do so will result in a $25 charge. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. Tampering with security cameras will result in charges for damages. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The homeowner or booking agent may enter the premises at any time without prior permission in case of emergency. Any guest found using illegal drugs or allowing others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy. The cozy loft offers a charming cottage-style nook with a trundle bed, providing a comfortable space for work or relaxation.
