OWNER PAYS FOR all utilities except telephone . Utilities include: electric, water, sewage, garbage/recycling, high speed internet, Sling TV, and peacock premium plus. We check credit, criminal background, landlord references and verify sources of income. $40 fee. Applicants get a copy of their credit report. Landlord will accept a comprehensive current reusable tenant screening report which reduces the application fees by $20. Minimum qualifying income needs to exceed 2.5 times the monthly rent which includes utilities. The landlord will also consider the applicants current minimum monthly debt payments and other recurring financial obligations when evaluating the applicants ability to make the rental payment.

It's located in Rosewind's beautifully landscaped intentional community. There's lots of open space (almost 3 acres) walking trails, organic garden, greenhouse and community building. The suite includes, 9 ft ceilings, kitchen facilities including dual induction stove top, combo microwave with air fryer and convection oven, tile countertops, waterproof LVP flooring and extra tall 90 inch windows. Comfortable queen size bed and full private bathroom with shower and tub. This suite shares one wall with primary residence but no access except through its own private entrance. The suite can come fully equipped with all bedding, dishes, cookware, utensils etc for an additional monthly fee. Perfect for traveling nurses etc. Six or twelve month lease preferred. Minimum three month lease optional. Suite is also available unfinished with rent remaining the same. *This type of limitation is allowed when the rental is located within the the landlord's primary dwelling. RCW 49.60.222(7) Anyone interested in trying an intentional community would be an especially good fit. Who knows, you might decide to stick around!
