This private condo features a fully equipped kitchen, one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a living room with cozy seating and a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, and an additional bedroom offers two twin beds. Spacious bedroom closets with hanging shelves and hangers are provided for your convenience. Enjoy bright, beachy vibes throughout, or relax on the private back porch with seating for everyone. Inside, local channels and Netflix are available on the flat-screen TV, and family games are stocked in the living room. This condo is stocked with all the essentials, making packing easier. Two assigned parking spots are included with your stay, one of which is covered. Beach gear, including chairs, towels, toys, and a cooler, is also provided. This apartment is perfectly situated in town, offering a less than 10-minute drive to the beach and a 10-15-minute drive to the public beach. Enjoy a 15-20-minute walk into the downtown district. Explore local favorites such as Old Coast Ales, Osprey Tacos, and Llama, all within walking distance. Everything you'll want to see is minutes away, making walking or biking ideal for exploring the town. Bike rentals are available from local companies like Drifters, who deliver directly to your doorstep. Uber and Lyft are also popular options for quick rides. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, as enforced by St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door; attempting to remove, tamper with, or disconnect the internet to this device may result in reservation cancellation and guests being requested to vacate the premises. Furniture, appliances, or decor must not be moved from their original positions, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original set-up. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted per stay, provided the dog is up to date on vaccinations, has flea treatment, and is potty trained. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be applied, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. An additional charge of $50 per pile will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of. You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written and posted in the house; any excessive mess will result in an additional amount needed to pay cleaners.
