Non-refundable pet fee: 200 per pet or by arrangement. No lease surprises. Unobtrusive but nice landlord who deals promptly with needs and is willing to work with you. Lease is for one year and renewable at option of owner. Tenant must give 60 days notice of intent to leave prior to lease termination with additional requirements available in the lease. Tenant/s pays utilities, cable, etc. Parking's possible in backyard, on street-sweeping days especially, but anytime.

Pets are okay with certain (eek!) exclusions and you pay electric, cable and water (which is pretty cheap in Savannah, call 'em, they'll tell you). Outside, lounge on the very-Southern front porch with your morning brew and watch passersby on their way to Forsyth Park or the boutiques, coffee shops and cafes that dot this popular neighborhood. Out back, there's a private, gated and fenced, yard sometimes used for parking, especially on street cleaning days. There are draperies throughout, kitchen curtains, shining wood floors, contemporary additions and parking both on-street and off-street. Call or text me.
