I am renting this house on a quiet street in a great neighborhood (neighbors are awesome!). Open layout with a beautiful kitchen. Stainless appliances and hardwood floors throughout. Living room off of the entrance is in addition to the family room. HUGE very private fenced backyard and vaulted ceilings. Washer and dryer included in separate washroom with utility sink and vanity. The tiled mudroom from a separate entrance is great and right outside is a HOT and cold water faucet. Four-car driveway to the one-car garage (furnace and water heater in garage). Deck in back. Very kid-friendly!! TONS of storage throughout as well. The unit has stairs so is generally not accessible. In terms of screening, I will generally look at income as well as credit, criminal, employment, and housing history. The screening fee is up to $100 per adult on the application.
