No prior evictions or outstanding balances owed to previous landlords. Background Check A background screening will be completed for all applicants. Applications will be evaluated in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Pets Pets are welcome upon approval. Monthly pet rent applies. Breed, size, and number of pets may be subject to review. Smoking No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Utilities Landlord provides water, trash, and Wi-Fi. Tenant is responsible for electricity. Application Every adult (18 years or older) who will reside in the home must complete an application and submit to a credit and background screening. Government-issued photo identification is required.
