Rent is $1750 month plus utilities with a $2625 deposit that can be paid over 4 months if needed. Rent is due on the 1st and late after the 5th. House is small and well insulated with storm windows, so utilities are relatively inexpensive. Utilities you will have to get turned on in renters name are gas, water and electric. Absolutely no smoking or vaping (this includes weed and everything else!)of any kind in the house or on the front porch. Pets may be allowed depending on the type, size, age, health, must be, or scheduled to be spayed or neutered, up to date on health records and with a non refundable pet deposit of $300. If you have a dog that barks a lot, it will not be allowed. You must pick up after you pet immediately after they go to the bathroom. Landscaping maintenance is included. You must keep yard and driveway and outside areas neat, clean and free of garbage and junk. I will require and application with references.
